How was not pleased with my service this time. I had to get my car towed twice to the dealership. I had to pay for a service to determine the problem and the results still wasn't accurate. I dropped off the car to have a spare key made. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I attempted to use my new key and to my dismay it did not work. After several attempts with the technician, the manage returned to pick up my vehicle I attempted to use my new key and to my dismay it did not work. After several attempts with the technician, the manager, Ted Jurick came over and provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I received another new key that worked perfectly. Thank you for making this experience more pleasant.
