Doesn’t repair customer concerns unless there is money to be charged! Looks for reasons not to cover under warranty. Was told that a car accident 30,000 miles prior cause my wheel bearing to fail! After initially being disappointed that the vehicle I had been viewing online was being sold at the exact moment I arrived. I was about to leave until Gerard asked me specifically what I wanted and along wit been viewing online was being sold at the exact moment I arrived. They put me in a later model year of Acura TLX I wanted and also beat the financing plan I had procured with my bank before arriving.
