Decided to stop by Joe Rizza Acura on yesterday to look at and possibly purchase a 2020 Acura RDX I had been interested in, because of the Virus situation the notice on the door states appointments needed at and possibly purchase a 2020 Acura RDX I had been interested in, because of the Virus situation the notice on the door states appointments needed for showroom entry, was met at the door by sales person Denise Manikouras and informed about the appointment needed for test drives etc, but also was questioned if I was purchasing today, indicating what seemed to me that we could get appointed, and possibly get some assistance if I was purchasing today, I stated possibly, and again was informed to make an appointment. The encounter with her was a bit disturbing, confusing, and not very helpful. But I’d like to thank her for that, as I had also been interested in the Lincoln Corsair as well and stopped by Joe Rizza Lincoln made a phone call outside of the dealership with a question I had and was informed to come in. Was assisted by a most welcoming Team that assisted me with a test drive & my purchase of my new Lincoln Corsair! Ha! More
