I am severely disappointed in the service department. My car has been in the dealership 6 times for the same issue. They have adjusted a clip/shim on the same break pad and told us Acura does not have a fix car has been in the dealership 6 times for the same issue. They have adjusted a clip/shim on the same break pad and told us Acura does not have a fix. They told me I will have to keep coming in to have have this adjusted until the warranty runs out. I find that unacceptable. I contacted corporate Acura and they looked into it. They told the rep at corporate there is no known issue and they advised the owner to replace the rear brakes to identify the noise going away. The noise we are hearing is from the front passenger brake. They lied to the rep. The corporate rep spoke with some area rep who confirmed the dealership story. When the owner spoke with Corp rep he asked him to review the invoices. The July 2020 invoice acknowledged the owner being in there for the fifth time for an adjustment. The 6th visit occurred one month later. The lies told at this store and the lack of repair speaks volumes of the professionalism. I have attempted to speak with the general manager but he will not call me back. What frustrates me most is I first purchased an Acura in 2014 from this dealership and had issues with service rep Char and get attitude. I had to bring my car in for two different issues multiple times. She gave me the same beat I can do attitude. I was foolish enough to return and purchase two more cars on the same day in 2018. This will be the last purchases I make from this dealership. Their service department is full of crap, lacks direction, unwilling to meet customer satisfaction, and LIES. Impress me and show me different that they can fix a car. Ted the service manager took 5 days to rerun a call about the current issue. When he was first contacted on a Thursday at 525, he said he was heading home and promised a call back. 5 days later I had to contact him again. UNPROFESSIONAL! More
