The only bad experience I've had was when I attempted to speak to someone from the sales department when I inquired about a new vehicle. She pretty much prejudged my situation and discouraged me from purchasing a new car. I bought up a sale that was sent to my email and she pretty much shot it down without even checking it out. Once I showed her she quickly said that all sales cars were out of stock. My goal was to leave with a vehicle and I had the means to do so but that experience convinced me to just stick with my old reliable lol. Wouldn't go to them for sales, but they do a great job at repairs and vehicle maintenance. More
