I know it's not his fault. He has been great throughout the hold process. Shame on you management at Joe Myers Toyota for adding a "hybrid adjustment" to the price after we made an agreement. More
DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM HERE! !!!! Borderline illegal tactics used here and it has shown me I will never buy from a dealership ever again. Agreed on a price given to me with the sa !!!! Borderline illegal tactics used here and it has shown me I will never buy from a dealership ever again. Agreed on a price given to me with the salesman and once I got to the finance manager, I was told I did not qualify for the Toyota APR special unless I also got the extended warranty. I said at least 10 times I do not want extended warranty. After smudging the numbers around and trying to trick me into getting it anyways, I refused to pay the down payment until the following day. After doing some research I find that lying to a customer about what they qualify for unless they buy another product is illegal and against consumer protection laws AKA “tied selling”. Anyways I brought this up to the salesman and he called the finance manager out and I was immediately brought back to redo the paperwork without the ridiculous charges I never wanted and for the APR special I qualified for from the very beginning. And guess what, the finance manager STILL tries to push the extended warranty on me. Completely crazy and at this point in the world these tactics full of lies and tricks will be the demise of car dealerships like this. Razek Ahmed is the finance manager behind this craziness. He will lie right to your face and try and make you feel bad for calling him out on his lie. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!! More

I am very disappointed in the sales tactics used by this dealership. I was trying to find a Toyota Tundra and advised that this location had one in transit. The dealership called me to tell me that the vehicle arrived and I could come and take a look at it. I was at the dealership within the hour and when I arrived, they told me the car had been sold and was off the lot, then they tried to sell me trucks that were in transit from the spec sheet. I will NEVER do business with them since they obviously do not value my time or expectations. I caution anyone seeking professional help with purchasing a new vehicle to look elsewhere. More

No longer a 5 rating with our family. Our last experience showed the change in how the service department takes care of their mistakes. Under the hood, the cover was left off and not put back on, the trunk h showed the change in how the service department takes care of their mistakes. Under the hood, the cover was left off and not put back on, the trunk had the GPS box unplugged and left to run around, the cup hold was broken, a bulb left in the seat where was suppose to be put back on the car, our rear view shield no longer worked and as well as the cd player. We were informed it would be taken care of after send a message to the service advisor. However since he no longer works there, Jose Teran replaced him and now in order to get the items fixed, it will run $5,00-$10,000+ dollars. He is only willing to pay for the missing item under the hood "as a courtesy". We have never been treated this way or had these experiences prior to 2021. The vehicle is in their possession and we for 24 hours now and he wasn't even considerate about checking to see if we needed a loaner car or anything. Disconnect the back shade, $1400-$1800, fix shade motor $5000+, buy a DVD $100 but this may not take care of the problem, but if it doesn't solve the problem they can't do it, repair cup holder $400-$500. This reputable dealership has been servicing our vehicle every 5000 miles and doing all repairs for over 10 years. Our 2021 experiences along with Jose Teran has changed how we view Joe Myers Toyota Service Dept. More
This is the WORST dealer service department I’ve ever been to. Plan on giving up a day for an oil change. My first visit was for a complementary reapplication of the protective coating my car came with been to. Plan on giving up a day for an oil change. My first visit was for a complementary reapplication of the protective coating my car came with. Despite having an appointment, 6 hours later I was done. Today I came in for an oil change. 1:45 later my car is still not in the service bay, despite having an appointment. This service is free, but I’ll just pay somewhere else in the future as it’s not worth living here for a free oil change. Truly pathetic. Last time I’ll visit here for service or to buy a new vehicle. More
My experience with Alex Mausch was amazing! He didn't badger me and he allowed me to do my research and talk him down. He found the perfect car for me and got me the best deal possible! He continued to c badger me and he allowed me to do my research and talk him down. He found the perfect car for me and got me the best deal possible! He continued to check on me and see how my satisfaction level is with my purchase. I'm extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I received and I will definitely recommend friends and family to Alex Mausch for their car buying needs!! FYI: If you are registering your car out of town in Houston, you will have to go to the Auto Theft Division at 1300 Dart Street on Mondays. They accept 50 cars a day and the line starts at 6am to sign in. By 7am the line is wrapped around the block and even if you are number 51, you will be turned away and your car won't get the needed inspection for titling out of state. More
My original deal was made on April. l0. Delivery would be last week of April or first week in May "for sure." I overnighted my deposit to secure the order. Truck didn't arrive in April. Didn't arrive f be last week of April or first week in May "for sure." I overnighted my deposit to secure the order. Truck didn't arrive in April. Didn't arrive first week in May. A couple of more promised arrival dates came and went. I was patient and didn't complain, as I wasn't in a big hurry since my current Toyota was still in great shape, and because I realize that these are difficult times with supply chains being disrupted by COVID related shutdowns. So in mid June, I get notified by Alex that my Tacoma is at the VPI (or whatever it's called) and that it will be at the dealership within the week. I said that that sounded good, and would tentatively arrange my transportation to Jersey Village to pick it up. (I live 250 miles from your dealership.). Alex then told me that the market had really changed since he gave me my "out the door, cash price." I replied "what does that have to do with our deal? We made a deal on an agreed price, hence my overnighting the deposit." He told me that prices aren't final until the vehicle arrived, which I thought was absurd. He said that the truck was going to be an additional $1,000, due to no more rebate. After telling Alex that I thought he was changing the deal, I was called by some guy who's name I forget whom was an xxxxxxx, and who obviously wanted me to void the deal so that the truck could be sold to someone else for a higher price. Despite the fact that I had been very patiently waiting for over two months. The guy was an obnoxious clown so I demanded to speak to whomever his boss was. Next I was called by Art, whom was more pleasant but would absolutely not budge on the extra &1,000. I told Art that I resented the fact that despite my original deal being agreed on, my immediate deposit being made and my patiently waiting 2 1/2 months, that he had me "over a barrel." We both knew that sure, I could cancel the deal and get my deposit back, but then I'd be back where I started 2 1/2 months ago. And, any truck I found would have a big price increase plus all the additional time it would take to get it. I had no choice but to pay the additional $1,000. I even asked Art to at least meet me halfway at $500 each. He said that he would lose his job if he did that. Well, I'm calling xxxxxxxx on that, but everyone at your dealership knew that I was in a lose/lose situation. So I got strong armed for an extra grand, due to delays that were entirely out of my control. His lame xxx excuse was that "we didn't change our price. Toyota eliminated the rebate. We can't help what Toyota does." But, he damned sure wasn't going to absorb any of it. And actually, I think he too would have loved for me to cancel the deal so that the dealership could sell my (2 1/2 month long ordered) pickup to someone else at a higher price. It was pretty obvious. Your dealership is nice, the people that helped me when I arrived were friendly and professional. But extorting me for an extra $1,000 late in the deal and for reasons that I had nothing to do with?? That's just xxxxxxxx. And I can't really think of a better term to describe it. So there's my opinion of your sales experience. I hope your guys like what they see when they look at themselves in the mirror each day. More
