My experience with Alex Mausch was amazing! He didn't badger me and he allowed me to do my research and talk him down. He found the perfect car for me and got me the best deal possible! He continued to c badger me and he allowed me to do my research and talk him down. He found the perfect car for me and got me the best deal possible! He continued to check on me and see how my satisfaction level is with my purchase. I'm extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I received and I will definitely recommend friends and family to Alex Mausch for their car buying needs!! FYI: If you are registering your car out of town in Houston, you will have to go to the Auto Theft Division at 1300 Dart Street on Mondays. They accept 50 cars a day and the line starts at 6am to sign in. By 7am the line is wrapped around the block and even if you are number 51, you will be turned away and your car won't get the needed inspection for titling out of state. More
My original deal was made on April. l0. Delivery would be last week of April or first week in May "for sure." I overnighted my deposit to secure the order. Truck didn't arrive in April. Didn't arrive f be last week of April or first week in May "for sure." I overnighted my deposit to secure the order. Truck didn't arrive in April. Didn't arrive first week in May. A couple of more promised arrival dates came and went. I was patient and didn't complain, as I wasn't in a big hurry since my current Toyota was still in great shape, and because I realize that these are difficult times with supply chains being disrupted by COVID related shutdowns. So in mid June, I get notified by Alex that my Tacoma is at the VPI (or whatever it's called) and that it will be at the dealership within the week. I said that that sounded good, and would tentatively arrange my transportation to Jersey Village to pick it up. (I live 250 miles from your dealership.). Alex then told me that the market had really changed since he gave me my "out the door, cash price." I replied "what does that have to do with our deal? We made a deal on an agreed price, hence my overnighting the deposit." He told me that prices aren't final until the vehicle arrived, which I thought was absurd. He said that the truck was going to be an additional $1,000, due to no more rebate. After telling Alex that I thought he was changing the deal, I was called by some guy who's name I forget whom was an xxxxxxx, and who obviously wanted me to void the deal so that the truck could be sold to someone else for a higher price. Despite the fact that I had been very patiently waiting for over two months. The guy was an obnoxious clown so I demanded to speak to whomever his boss was. Next I was called by Art, whom was more pleasant but would absolutely not budge on the extra &1,000. I told Art that I resented the fact that despite my original deal being agreed on, my immediate deposit being made and my patiently waiting 2 1/2 months, that he had me "over a barrel." We both knew that sure, I could cancel the deal and get my deposit back, but then I'd be back where I started 2 1/2 months ago. And, any truck I found would have a big price increase plus all the additional time it would take to get it. I had no choice but to pay the additional $1,000. I even asked Art to at least meet me halfway at $500 each. He said that he would lose his job if he did that. Well, I'm calling xxxxxxxx on that, but everyone at your dealership knew that I was in a lose/lose situation. So I got strong armed for an extra grand, due to delays that were entirely out of my control. His lame xxx excuse was that "we didn't change our price. Toyota eliminated the rebate. We can't help what Toyota does." But, he damned sure wasn't going to absorb any of it. And actually, I think he too would have loved for me to cancel the deal so that the dealership could sell my (2 1/2 month long ordered) pickup to someone else at a higher price. It was pretty obvious. Your dealership is nice, the people that helped me when I arrived were friendly and professional. But extorting me for an extra $1,000 late in the deal and for reasons that I had nothing to do with?? That's just xxxxxxxx. And I can't really think of a better term to describe it. So there's my opinion of your sales experience. I hope your guys like what they see when they look at themselves in the mirror each day. More

Joe Myers Toyota made the process clean and easy. The first good sign was when Mike Gundy was happy to provide a straightforward, honest “out the door” price quote, without us having to make a visit (we first good sign was when Mike Gundy was happy to provide a straightforward, honest “out the door” price quote, without us having to make a visit (we live an hour away). Next time we were in the area, Mike was accommodating to our changing schedule and to our showing up with small children. The staff quickly assessed our trade in without any games. We were able to negotiate and agree on a good price, although the vehicle we really wanted was a few weeks out... which was fine. In a few days Mike called and said they’d found one available tomorrow that was very similar; slightly upgraded. We agreed to split the small difference in price and Mike even offered to come into work on his day off so we could pick it up. The whole process was friendly, clean and no games were played. We were treated with respect and accommodation...no wonder this place was packed with customers! More
Never owned a Toyota truck & my husband purchased a new truck per my request to visit Joe Myers Toyota as he was driving to another dealership. Long story short, they added Mechanical Protection Plan eve truck per my request to visit Joe Myers Toyota as he was driving to another dealership. Long story short, they added Mechanical Protection Plan even after we indicated we did not want it and after back and forth indicated to my husband they were “throwing it in”, but instead of 115.00 a month what they meant was it was not an increase with the gap insurance we did want and not they they “threw in” as a great deal for a good review. I knew MPP was not included and was not surprised to see it on the paperwork my husband signed late at night!! after shopping for better deal requested to have the MPP removed with a financial mgr. & after a discussion of why I would cancel and why a few hundred would make such a difference to us they request we come back to sign a cancellation form. Instead if emailing it to us and keep it convenient for us. I judged that as an “jerky” move & indicated it was not convenient and had never heard of that in the 10 years of working for a Ford dealership as necessary to do that in person! When I asked for his name, he wouldn’t give it to me &,told me the mgr. would call me and hung up on me. I’ve left 3 messages and 2 to General Mgr. . And no call back. Funny how they appreciated us when we bought our truck & not sure how they tie our worthiness if we buy the MPP or not. But, it won’t be long to tell if it’s upper management or just terrible finance mgmt. I recommend customers review your documents and make sure you are not adding your protection plan to financing if you did not want it. I cannot imagine a bonus based in fraudulent plans being added for financing dept.’being in anyone’s best interest. I’ve refrained from calling anyone out of name, but I consider the man who hung up on me a terrible crooked finance mgr. who professes to be a professional. You know who are, but I don’t because you wouldn’t take accountability. I call that terrible customer service and a coward. More
I had a great first-time car buying experience here the other day. Since it was my first time buying I was anxious about getting scammed on the price. I researched a lot of different Toyota dealerships in other day. Since it was my first time buying I was anxious about getting scammed on the price. I researched a lot of different Toyota dealerships in the area and ultimately chose Joe Myers because Mr. Rodney Feltus was the most straightforward and honest with a price when we spoke on the phone, and he gave me the most competitive price. There was not a single surprise when I went to test the car and ultimately purchase it. He didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary and there were no fake fees. It was a smooth and stress-free process thanks to him. I highly recommend working with Rodney if you need a new Toyota. More

Went to buy Range Rover and after pulling my credit, I asked for the history report and figured out that the car was involved in an accident. Salesperson never bothered to mention this to me. I said no th asked for the history report and figured out that the car was involved in an accident. Salesperson never bothered to mention this to me. I said no thank you. Manager wanted to make “things right “ for me so I decided to go for a used Tundra. We agreed on price and manager asked me to come in to finish paperwork. 40 minutes into my drive, I get a call that they sold the car to someone else. Horrible experience. Super disorganized dealership. They definitely lost me as a customer. More
Very bad service the finance guy is a fraud he add mpp without letting me know I will post the document here be careful don’t sign anything without reading all the terms. They are all cheaters from the bo without letting me know I will post the document here be careful don’t sign anything without reading all the terms. They are all cheaters from the bottom to the the top management if there is an attorney he read this review contact me every thing is documented and video taped shame on you joe Mayer’s Cypress Texas. Mpp means mechanical protection plan. BTW the MPP cost was 3500 for 36 month the car I bought is a used car cost 11k now I drove it for one day and have engine issues unbelievable!! They tried to defend their employees even before questioning or challenging him, the new about everything and it was very clear that the top management is directly involved and encouraging the finance DPT employees to cheat the customers. I am taking the car on Monday to be fixed but not sure if the repair center is awful like the sales and the finance department. More
