He reviewed the technician findings with me and recommended what needed to be updated or corrected. He also reviewed the estimated costs up front, kept me updated on my vehicle status throughout the service and reviewed all the work performed with me. His customer support is exceptional, and he should be recognized and rewarded for his expert knowledge and for "going the extra mile" to treat me like family! The rep said it would take about 4 hrs for service and that is how long it took. They got me a Lyft so as not to have to wait and picked me up to take me back to dealership when ready at no charge.
