I bought a used car in January. As of April 11, I still have no license plates. No one seems to care and they keep transferring me around the dealership. The title clerk, Patricia, who still uses a different name on her voicemail (I guess to avoid people), is aware and 30 days later - no phone or email contact. They could have least called to provide an update. I really regret this purchase! More
My poor wife went in for an oil and tire service. She asked them how long it would take, and they assured her less than an hour and fifteen minutes. The time passed, and she asked how much longer. They had the nerve to tell my wife, "They had to wait for the oil to cool down." Four hours later, she was charged over $700 for two tires and an oil change! From the start she was lied to and taken advantage of, imo. Do not go there, they take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about automobiles. More
Spoke with a sales person at this dealership yesterday about a truck that was available. Was told it was available. Upon arrival, they took my keys to run the appraisal, made me sit around for 30 minutes, and then came back and told me that the truck had just miraculously sold 15 minutes before I got there somehow. They then proceeded to try to hard sell me on trucks that were not the same or as good of a deal as the one I had gone in to look at. I'm not convinced that the truck I went to buy even exists, because I did not see it in the lot when I got there, and they did not offer to show it to me or anything, just said it had sold. This is the second time a Toyota dealership in Houston has done this to me in the last few weeks, so I'm starting to think this is just a tactic they use to get people in. They tried to hard sell me on a new truck instead, which I wasn't interested in. All around, another bad experience with another bad Toyota dealership in Houston. I cannot stand these dealerships wasting my time. They also appraised my car at $10k below what KBB says the trade-in value is. Shady dealership. Beware. More

And to Honor the Price I have a picture of the car and price.. This is really a shame to take advantage of a Veteran.. More
Joe Myers Toyota Service scratched and damaged by brand new clear tint. My wife went in for first 5000 mile Toyotacare maintenance service on our new Rav4 Prime. Somehow one of the service techs scratched new clear tint. My wife went in for first 5000 mile Toyotacare maintenance service on our new Rav4 Prime. Somehow one of the service techs scratched up the top left corner of my front windshield. I had a clear ceramic on the front windshield. Joe Myers Toyota service said they would correct the issue. However, they kept making comments about it being illegal. However, we made sure to only install legal clear ceramic tint on the front windshield. They finally agreed to let us have the tint shop who originally installed it re-do the front windshield. They contacted the place and got the invoice amount and said they would send us the amount. This took over a month of back and forth before they finally agreed to this. Then I was told a check was sent but it was never received. I even asked them to send it using tracking but they refused. I let them know I did not receive it over a week after they said it was sent. However, they ignored me after that. They did not cancel the check and re-send a new one. They never responded after. I never received the check they claimed to have sent. More
I agree with other customers. Please be very careful. Never ever buy a car from Toyota of Katy. This dealer is asking insane markups in middle of recessionary times. I came in to Joe Myers Toyota for a scheduled oil change for my 2021 rav4 with 15K mile on it. They tried to push 6 more services that are not needed. After I declined and the oil change was done, I got in for my 2021 rav4 with 15K mile on it. They tried to push 6 more services that are not needed. After I declined and the oil change was done, I got in the car there were 3 warning lights on. They took it back and said the front camera is out of calibration and they may not be able to fix it and wanted me to come back. This rav4 was perfectly fine with no issue and no warning light on and now after coming in there were so many things wrong that I can’t even describe. I’ll be stuck dealing with all the issues even if they should be under warranty…. I am going to go to another dealership to check it next week to see if they can find out the problems. Needless to say I suspect they did something to make some problems so they can fix and make more money. So be careful with Joe Myers Toyota dealership. More

Never purchase an extended warranty from Toyota. It does not cover anything. My car idles rough, has shut off while idling, smells like gas and not only do they claim nothing is wrong they charge $1 It does not cover anything. Save your money on the warranty so you have money for the mechanic. Expect issues at 70k miles. More
