They didn't actually have the advertised car in stock, but said it was on order. After all of their unnecessary options and add-ons, the price was almost $10,000 more than advertised. There was no way tha but said it was on order. After all of their unnecessary options and add-ons, the price was almost $10,000 more than advertised. There was no way that I would ever consider purchasing a vehicle from them. More
My son and I both were looking for new Toyota Corollas. Me a LE and him a hybrid. Our first stop was Joe Myers. I had bought from them two Corollas before. We went in saying we were starting our search Me a LE and him a hybrid. Our first stop was Joe Myers. I had bought from them two Corollas before. We went in saying we were starting our search for a new car. They had no new vehicles. They brought us a used Corolla with 40,000 miles to drive. When we came back in they switched us to a salesman. He hand us each a paper with an offer. Mine was 30% over MSPR. I knew from on line what that was and the hybrid too. The hybrid was cheaper than the LE. We pointed this out to which the salesmen could only respond was that LE stood for luxury. The other Corolla's cost more, I know. I was confused by the high price that they could not explain. He was pressuring us to buy right then but we had questions as the price was so much higher than anything I had seen on line. I said that I needed to look so more (and go back to check to see if I was missing something). When he realized we were not going to buy right then, he ripped the papers with their offers out of our hands and walked off just leaving us there. We were shocked. So we got up and left. My son said that he would never return to Joe Myers-not even to service his car even though it is the closest dealership over the treatent we had. He went over to Fred Haas Toyota. They had cars in stock. Drove the hybrid and bought it. I am still looking for my new Corolla but I will not be dealing with Joe Myer. They left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend anyone go there looking for a car. All the other dealerships I have contact have given me a better offer (and they did not know what Joe Myers offered) on the very first offer to me. Be warned and go some place else. More

Went to Joe Myers Toyota in Jersey Village to test drive a RAV4 salesman were immediately trying to sell me the vehicle. I was pressured lied to they took the sticker price off the window and put it in like a RAV4 salesman were immediately trying to sell me the vehicle. I was pressured lied to they took the sticker price off the window and put it in like a bar mode when I asked what the sticker price was they added $3000 to it went to the Find My after Partman the finance guy for me that cost me $200 talk to the customer relations guy. He told me to wait a couple days and he can see what he can do for me. That’s been two weeks so my next option is, I’m going to contact the better business bureau for deceptive trade practices. More
I bought a used car in January. As of April 11, I still have no license plates. No one seems to care and they keep transferring me around the dealership. The car salesman was help As of April 11, I still have no license plates. No one seems to care and they keep transferring me around the dealership. The car salesman was helpful, but now can’t be found. The title clerk, Patricia, who still uses a different name on her voicemail (I guess to avoid people), is aware and 30 days later - no phone or email contact. They could have least called to provide an update. I really regret this purchase! More
