Took a CX-9 for a pre-purchase inspection. Had strange chassis noises and headlamp issues I felt would be hard to isolate. I’ve always believed that I would have to first negotiate with the salesman. Then, he would come back with some crazy number and the finance manager would come and try to brow beat me into the deal and I wou with the salesman. Then, he would come back with some crazy number and the finance manager would come and try to brow beat me into the deal and I would either accept or leave. Joe Myers Mazda felt like a setup. I spoke with Solomon and we appraised my trade in. They offered me more than what the dealership I bought the car from offered me. That’s for starters. Solomon listened to what I wanted. He took it to his sales manager, came back once and forgot to add something so then he added it and came back the second time right where I wanted to be monthly. I never once met the sales manager. Then, because it was a lease, I wanted more miles and instead of coming back and negotiating, he went and added the miles in. I was shocked. Finance was maybe a half hour and mostly because the finance manager was fun and personable to speak with. I truly felt like I was on that show punked and I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher to come out and tell me it was a prank. However, I have my new CX 30 in my front parking space right now. Excellent process, great people, affordable prices. Joe Myers has my future business and everyone I speak to…he has their business too. More
