Not my best experience- told me an hour and 7+ hours my car was ready. They don’t give realistic wait times so can be frustrating when it’s this badly off. Understandable, if negotiations start this way, but you cant pull back from numbers by factoring new variables (down payment) to make the negotiation numbers look better. Really sneaky and a waste of time. I do not recommend. More
