We went to this particular dealership (across town from us) because they were the only one that had the trim and color vehicle we wanted. Upon our arrival at the scheduled time, the salesman comes out and us) because they were the only one that had the trim and color vehicle we wanted. Upon our arrival at the scheduled time, the salesman comes out and says the car got hit by a 18 wheeler and that vehicle was not available. He said he tried calling me and apparently he had the wrong number which was odd because he called me the week before without an issue. We should have left at that moment. Needless to say we were determined to leave there with a new vehicle even though it wasn't the one we wanted initially. We ended up with a small discount for the color issue and nothing else. I know buying a car is a lose/lose situation but I feel like we could have been compt some free scheduled maintenance or full reimbursement for the paint color. More

Excellent & Friendly Service Michael Jarboe went above and beyond what was expected in getting my jeep fixed. Was in constant contact with me to let me know the details of what ne Michael Jarboe went above and beyond what was expected in getting my jeep fixed. Was in constant contact with me to let me know the details of what needed to be replaced, how much it would cost and how long it would take to complete the job. He sent me pictures and videos so that I could see the damage. He helped me to get into a rental car as well. The mechanic did a great job on fixing my jeep & in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with everyone at Joe Myers Mazda & would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle worked on. More
