I can't recall what the name of the man who was helping me throughout the service, but he was really helpful. He had helped me before and every time he has been so nice and very attentive. I had a terrible experience with their finance manager while purchasing a new car. He threw a tantrum when I didn’t want to hear his sales pitch. He even left the room to get his manager. I put this review up after my experience and Joe Meyers manager contacted me asking me to take it down in exchange for an oil change where I live. I agreed. It has now been several months and despite me reaching out multiple times, I have received nothing but the run around - which tells me all I need to know. Dishonest basic sales tactics. Follow your gut. More
I have been here at this dealership on 3 separate occasions as a customer. I must say I have never left there less than satisfied. I am always treated with respect and kindness. Which has me convinced that this is just the kind of service they offer here and I absolutely love it there! More
