In May I tried to buy tired during their Buy 3, get 1 for $1 promotion. I ordered the tires online, scheduled the installation before the deadline, received confirmation that said "You're All Set! There's n $1 promotion. I ordered the tires online, scheduled the installation before the deadline, received confirmation that said "You're All Set! There's nothing left for you to do until your appointment." I showed up for my appointment and was told they had no record of my order, and that it was my fault for not calling to confirm the appointment after placing it on their website (because they had a known issue with website scheduling that they haven't had fixed). I was understanding that things sometimes happen, but when I tried to confirm they would honor the price I ordered the tires for his said No, there was nothing he could do. I asked Brandon Lester, Service Driver Manager, to reach out to his superiors, which he said he'd do and my 3 calls over 6.5 days have gone unreturned. I will never do business with this location ever again. More

With that I would highly recommend them be that for a new or used vehicle.
