My experience with Joe Myers Mazda on my new car purchase was exemplary and has changed my perception of car dealership experience. Initially, I was shopping at a couple of Mazda dealerships near me in so was exemplary and has changed my perception of car dealership experience. Initially, I was shopping at a couple of Mazda dealerships near me in southwest and west side of the town and had to deal with a lot of drama. It was at this point that I decided to reach out to Joe Myers, even though they are a little far away. The whole process was executed nicely with thorough professionalism and without any drama - starting from identifying the vehicle that fits my color and trim, agreement on the OTD Price , my visit to the dealership to finalize the deal and the delivery of the car to my home . The whole car buying experience was so smooth, enjoyable and fair. I Sincerely appreciate their genuine efforts towards ensuring total customer satisfaction. Glad to state that I am a Happy customer and will refer friends and family to Joe Myers Mazda. More

Mazda’s have been amazing for me and my family with the least amount of problems than any other car I’ve ever owned! Sales: These guys are amazing and no pressure sales. They go above and beyond for their customers. The try to get you the best deal every time to make sure you get what you want without being put in a bind! I know this because I’ve bought 5 cars there, so far, and I’ve made my son buy his first new car there as well. They treat you like family! Service: The service department is amazing as well. Every time I bring my vehicles in for regular preventative maintenance, the service representatives always greet you with a smile, treat you like family, and they are completely honest and transparent. There’s no pressure from upselling additional service items/needs from these guys. They will show you what is recommended or should be considered replacing, either then or for another time, and they leave it at that. Not once have I ever felt like I was put on the spot or pressured to have anything done. In fact, anytime I had a concern about a noise, or something feeling out of place, they immediately checked it out and got to the bottom of what it might be. And best of all, they NEVER EVER said to me sorry, we have no loaner! I’m telling you, they take care of you all the time, every time! I will always buy my next CX-9 from them when I want to upgrade the one I have. To everyone at this location, thank you from the bottom of my, and my famille’s, heart! Keep up the amazing job on impeccable customer service and sales! You guys have never disappointed me! More
We were traveling from out of state and leaking oil badly and they got us in without an appointment and back on the road. They also changed our remote battery at no charge. Hung was great. The Telluride that was offered b their website was they, not like other dealers, "Oh yeah that day is here."
