Coming to a service center for a woman can be somewhat intimidating because I automatically think I will be upsold and overcharged for things I do not need. That is not the case at Joe Myers Mazda. They are an honest group of service advisors who only charge you for what you need. They have gained my trust! 2 More
Service is mediocre and problematic Some repairs have been fine, but I've had several instances where I've had to repeatedly bring my car back to fix their repairs. Kudos that they were willing to check been fine, but I've had several instances where I've had to repeatedly bring my car back to fix their repairs. Kudos that they were willing to check again, but the followup visits were for things that never should have been issues (like brakes squealing and vibrating after their brake work). After 3 followup visits, I took my car to another Mazda dealer that identified and fixed the problem perfectly. This was not the first time that I've had to do this and I finally learned my lesson; Joe Myers may be closer to my house, but it's quicker to just take it elsewhere and get things fixed the first time. More than once they've recommended service that other Mazda dealers have said was unnecessary, so I no longer trust them. Half the time the service department doesn't answer their phone because they are busy. When they do answer it, they are fine to deal with, but it can be frustrating to get their attention. Outrageous charges for things like replacing air filters and cabin air filters. Just go elsewhere for your service and you'll be better off. More
