I visited today to inspect the car I ordered online, ensuring it matched my expectations before deciding to buy it, so I brought my own car just in case. I collaborated with Maurice, who was highly info ensuring it matched my expectations before deciding to buy it, so I brought my own car just in case. I collaborated with Maurice, who was highly informed, patient, and addressed all my inquiries. I'm impressed; this has been one of the most positive experiences I've had so far (I've visited multiple dealerships while trying out various cars). Then, I met Brian, the finance expert. At first, Brian was smiling and cheerful. He was very approachable and friendly until I declined the extra insurance. He gave me a death stare for like 10 seconds and then proceeded to throw a tantrum. Professionalism went directly out the window. He began to huff and puff, slam his folder around on his desk and aggressively pound the keyboard. He was mostly silent and when he did speak he was very curt. Oh, and then he added an extra $11 to what I was originally quoted. I said no this is the quote and he stated, “well, this is what I see so that’s what it is.” As we returned so I could finish with Maurice, he barely acknowledged me. He said, “There’s Maurice” and walked away. It's clear he doesn't handle rejection well. I might be able yo fit in a therapy session with him for him. If you're lucky enough to avoid dealing with him, you'll likely have a positive experience at this dealership. Just don't expect them to deliver the car. It seems like that's not a real option. More
