Salesman was AWESOME!. However have service done elsewhere. The service advisor I was saddled with is a miss. AND, when I purchased my vehicle Finance tells me if I buy the top tear warrantee they w elsewhere. The service advisor I was saddled with is a miss. AND, when I purchased my vehicle Finance tells me if I buy the top tear warrantee they will provide a loaner car when service is needed. Well when I call to bring the truck in for a 3rd time with SAME problem I'm told there are none. The truck has been in the shop a total of 3 months of the 7 months I've owned it. They had to bring Field Servises in to fix it last time. That's not the dealers fault, I understand. But I can't understand WHY Finance would tell me 1 thing, then service tell me another, when they had it for 2 entire months last time. I had to call the GM to get info on my vehicle as I was not kept informed.. Then I am told I should call him back and see if I can get his help with the matter. Then I mentioned I should find a dealer closer to my home, and was told I could do so. Service is a big part of revenue for a dealer...I thought. Just be careful the service dept. Sales was AWESOME More
