While my car was in for repair, John kept in constant communication with me advising issues, cost and lead time for return. Only issue was the mechanic missed my turbo issue originally and had to complete a second diagnostic however seems to have done an excellent job with the repair. As this was a dealer repair, I don’t expect it to be cheap however a number of issues were resolved under warranty which always helps. More
