I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to share how INCREDIBLY happy I am with my experience at Joe Myers Ford. I truly cannot say enough about the promptness, professionalism, attention to detail and most importantly kindness that Michael Ngyuen (sp?) displayed during my entire experience.  Michael’s knowledge about what vehicles you have on site is incredible. He heard me share I wanted something unique and fun and immediately knew what car to show me. I arrived with the mindset that I knew exactly what I was looking for but I didn’t and thanks to Michael, I drove off your lot yesterday with the car of my dreams; a 2023 Bronco Sport Heritage Edition. He made me feel heard when discussing pricing and celebrated me when we were able to come to an agreement. His kind demeanor isn’t one I’ve encountered during the car buying process before. He applied urgency without making me feel uncomfortable which is a huge turn off for me when shopping for cars. I was with my father who is currently battling stage 4 cancer but like my father has always been, he wanted to be there with me just in case. After sometime, he began to ache and needed to go home and instead of leaving the conversation there, Michael shared the online resources I could use to complete the process if I was still interested and he would continue to fight for me on price. Again, I am so happy he did because I wasn’t ready to let up, I really wanted this car. After a few calls back and forth, Michael and your finance team presented me with options that I could not turn away.  Please do what you must to ensure that this testimony is heard around the Ford family and most certainly in your store.
