He took care of my recall in a timely manner. I love mobile service. Great not having to deal with dropping off & picking up my car. And most of all I didn’t spend a day or two without a car. A big thanks to Gregg Anthony for scheduling mobile service for me. Also many thanks to Kristian for his quality work. Please continue to add mobile services. This is the best customer service ever!!! More

They sold me a car with engine problems after I told them I was buying the car for a teen and that safety was of utmost importance. They checked the car out afterwards and told me it had engine problems and take it to the manufacturer to see if they can assist with it. This is an establishment centered solely around profit and will likely sell unsafe vehicles to that end. The used car manager, Johnny, was aggressive, did not listen on the phone and hung up on me. The customer service rep, Samantha, was incompetent and claimed to have no access to corporate representatives after refusing to have the GM address the issues. After many phone calls I was able to obtain the corporate number: Berkshire Hathaway - 972-607-9295. Disappointing and dishonest establishment. Save yourself the trouble and shop some place else. More
Andrew is a very good service tech kept me informed the status of my truck had a little issue with the drain plug being bad and he waved the part when I informed him that they were the only ones that ever status of my truck had a little issue with the drain plug being bad and he waved the part when I informed him that they were the only ones that ever changed my oil. Informed me of some issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. Nothing pressured at the moment which is nice because I know their job is too get more work but when you’re spending $200 for oil and filter and air filter slow steep so just something I will address and just take in and have it done off setting from my oil changes. More

Worst job being efficient and competent. Every time I go there my car comes back with a new issue. Unbelievable!
