I appreciate all the efforts made to make this a pleasant experience utilizing shuttle, valet, etc. Mentrell Jackson very pleasant. Upon arrival to receive my vehicle, I walked in and asked for Mentrell and experience utilizing shuttle, valet, etc. Mentrell Jackson very pleasant. Upon arrival to receive my vehicle, I walked in and asked for Mentrell and was directed. Upon arriving to Mr. Jackson's desk, I screamed, "I'm here to file complaint!" And the faces omg!! Priceless! Everyone kept their cool and joined in laughter thereafter. 😃 Professionalism remained in tact from those around. Waited for about 5 minutes and on my way I went. Recalls to be rescheduled, but happy I scheduled with Joe Myers. The only exception to this pleasant experience was the Accounts Payable or Billing rep (female) who called for payment. Not very personable as I almost disconnected after having to repeat my information 3 times. Aside from that, service was excellent 👌 much appreciated! More
