The customer service at the Service Department is very poor. There is little to no communication and numerous excuses as to why a service was not performed. I had to call multiple times to get an update a poor. There is little to no communication and numerous excuses as to why a service was not performed. I had to call multiple times to get an update and at that I had to drive up to the location to get an answer. I was offered a loaner truck since they did not get my truck's alignment the day I dropped it off at 8am. As I was picking up the loaner I was being told that I would need to bring the loaner with a full tank of gas and detailed or I would be charge $5 a gallon and a service detail fee. Why would I need to be responsible for gas and detailing of a loaner that I never asked for? The loaner was offered to me and the expectation was that I spend money filling up the gas tank and cleaning the loaner vehicle plus still pay for the services I came in for. I also explained I had coupons that Ford sent me for services that were not honored nor performed. The works coupon that has multiple items to inspect was not done, I have the report that states multiple items not completed. I had a free car wash coupon that I mentioned when I dropped off my truck and no one mentioned the car wash was not working. Conveniently after I picked up my truck I was told the car wash was not working. The attitude of the staff is also very poor. Overall the Service Department is terrible. I won’t be taking my truck to this location again. More
