All of the details are noted above. The Service or lack of Service was performed last week. The Service Advisor is Luis. Your Manager should be able to provide you with the details as he called me this last Monday to discuss. As another point of reference. I paid for a Diesel Cooling System Flush for $344.97. Today driving home, I had my cooling system warning light come on. Less than one-week after Joe Myers pretending to do the service. Checked the Coolant level when I got home. Evidently your Service Team is not even capable of filling the level back to the appropriate level as easily noted on the very visible tanks under the hood. Don't worry Joe Myers Service I filled it for you. I am believing that I was ripped off by Joe Myers Service. Worried if Joe Myers Service even properly did the Transmission Flush and Transfer Case Service. I know you did not do the Warranty Items that I brought the truck in for.

Since the Manager that called me on Monday tried to tell me that I did not seek a repair for one of the Recall / Warranty issues I present the following: On the Appointment reminder that Joe Myers sent me via email on 14 Sept 2023. The repairs noted include : Repair Services: Recall or Factory Campaign Concerns (Point "here" first for important info.) Emission Recall 20E07 Carpet Shielding & Insulation Rework 19S52 Customer Satisfaction Program - 20N04 Steering Performance Concern • Possible Steering Oscillation problem at speeds above 45MPH. The 19S52 Customer Satisfaction Program 20N04 is a notification that I received, and all Ford Dealers received. It pertains to certain 2017 through 2019 Model Year F250/350 4x4 and F450/550 Vehicles Steering Linkage Damper Extended Coverage. As I noted in my original service request I was having steering oscillation problems at speeds above 45MPH. This is not a safe condition when you are towing a 16K lb Fifth wheel trailer behind you. Your dealership failed me and left me with an unsafe vehicle.
