Well I'm new to the area n had just purchased hated a vehicle n April but with my back problems,I needed to find a vehicle that would help getn in n out of it & my son took me to Joe Myers n I ended driv vehicle n April but with my back problems,I needed to find a vehicle that would help getn in n out of it & my son took me to Joe Myers n I ended driving off n my NEW Ford Maverick. Took my 2018 Lincoln Continental in for regular maintenance and a safety recall. Very pleased with my service advisor and service for regular maintenance. Was told they would need to call to make a maintenance and a safety recall. Very pleased with my service advisor and service for regular maintenance. Was told they would need to call to make an appointment for the safety recall. Understandable as the person that makes those appointments was gone for the day. Completely gaslighted - I have contacted them four times (my service advisor, service appointment desk (twice) and online chat and can't even get a phone call back. Great for regular maintenance but that about it. Get a 5 for regular maintenance and 0 for safety recall. Now looking for new service provider! More
