This has to be the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. First I brought my Lincoln in because the exterior door trim delaminated and it was under warranty. I get it back and then the interior door trim is just hanging off. The service guy says he will order the part and get back to me. I wait 3 weeks and start calling. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SO I DROVE UP EACH TIME. I was given an elaborate story about how the technician was out for weeks. So I come back in again a week later because no one answers the phone and find out my service advisor walked out of work. No call from joe meyers. Then I deal with Greg Anthony who pushes me off into Jordan bell who again does not respond or update. I call and call to receive just a text back. I finally came back up after a month of my car just sitting here and pick my vehicle back up. All I got was a “sorry for the bad service. Oh and whoever the sales director Ethan or whatever his name is. Terrible service, I ask to speak to him and he lies and says he’s about to take a very important call and then proceeded to run around the department talking to people. Anyways. I took my lincoln to TOMBALL FORD where you get WAAAAAAY BETTER SERVICE . They’ve already found my part and I bought a brand new Ford f150 tremor from Tomball ford WAY UNDER MSRP. Don’t waste your time at this place. Take your business else where, joe meyers ford does not take care of customers at all. More

I got my oil changed on Tuesday September 09-26-23 went great and it happened fast. Very satisfied there. I originally came in for an oil change and inspection. I was told the machine was down for the insp great and it happened fast. Very satisfied there. I originally came in for an oil change and inspection. I was told the machine was down for the inspection and that I would have to try again tomorrow just call first. So I agreed. Well fast forwarding to today Thursday 09/28/23 my wife called earlier and asked if the instrument was working and was told yes it was. She then ask what’s the latest someone can get there and was told 5:30. Cool. I commute from Baytown daily so I did everything to get here at a decent time. Got there around 4:40ish and went inside waiting to get someone’s attention. I got nothing. Mr Luis was with another customer and noticed me and then ask if I’ve been helped. I said no and he said to give him a second so I patiently waited. I’m also looking around and trying to understand what everyone (employees) else was doing. It seemed few were more focused on 5:00 to leave for the day than helping a customer. Or maybe I’m wrong. Just my observation from a customer’s perspective. Well Mr. Luis finally assisted me. He tried calling the back. He even asked another employee and was ignored. Poor guy. Well I was told either they are busy or not back there so I now I have to leave again and try this another time and it’s not even 5:30 yet. Great. Maybe I should try somewhere else. This is not a gripe session because I’m not that type of individual. Not my style but business is business right. Joe Myers has been servicing all of my vehicles for years and I was a little disappointed today. Thank Mr Luis as well for at least giving me the attention. More
I haven’t bought a car in a long time from an actual dealership. I have used Joe Myers twice in the last two years. First time was with Joe Myers Collision Center. Super bad experience there. Constant delays, poor craftsmanship and just plain lying to me at what they did. I made the mistake of thinking maybe their service department might have improved after a year. I took my Ford PU in for service and three recall issues. Within the first 12 hours I had a message that my vehicle needed $1000 more of work. I approved it and told the advisor I would pick the truck up a week later. He called me after four days and said all the work was done. I reminded him that I would not be there for a few more days. He said - great I will have it detailed for you. I arrived as planned and discovered that they did not do the most important Safety related recall as the Service Advisor did not write it down. I even gave him all three recall notice docs when I dropped the vehicle off. I also have a funny suspicion that someone was using my truck for personnel reasons as I dropped it off with a full tank of diesel and when I picked it up it was at half a tank. The key tag that was attached to my key said "employee" on it. Why would it say that? Oh yea - they did not detail or even attempt to wash my truck. Do not use this dealership. Horrible Service. I am going to take my truck to Tomball Ford to check on whether or not Joe Myers Service Dept even did the Recall Items. More
