Greg was courteous and told me to bring the car to be serviced and that I was in the service system. Upon arrival in the service area someone from the dealership came and told me that someone would be with me to assist. Finally someone came and ask me for my keys. I went in and waited in the waiting area. I looked at all the new cars sitting near me. The new Bronco and the Pick Up were very nice. Wish I could get the pickup but not feasible for me at this time. The Bronco was a brown, bronze color and very sharp looking. .The time it took for the service was exactly given to me on arrival. Thanks for a good experience with Raudel Martinez, as my service advisor and his recommendations for checking what may be helpful for future services of my vehicle. More

Went in for an oil change, which went a lot quicker than expected. The service writer was very helpful and professional.
