I need to change this review to the lowest possible rating! I rated my experience to quickly. This buying experience has been a mess since receiving my vehicles. The salesman quit or “no longer works for the dealership” leaving me with no one to contact. Apparently the dealership still hasn’t paid off my trade in and it’s been almost a month! I’ve tried contacting the dealership multiple times and left messages with every possible level (General Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Manager) and can’t get so much as a call back. I suggest if you’re looking to purchase a ford go elsewhere. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever experienced.
