With Joshua Terry and Chris Alligood's help, they agreed for us to return the vehicle and found the vehicle with all the features we wanted. I accepted 100% responsibility for taking the 1st vehicle off the lot and can't believe the willingness of Joshua and Chris to work with me to make the exchange, when they had no obligation to do this. This is unbelievable customer service in an era when we tend to be cynical about company culture and policies.
