As I stated before we were astounded at how the dealership had turned around. I found the vehicle I wanted and was purchasing through the USAA purchasing program. I knew the price of the vehicle b dealership had turned around. I found the vehicle I wanted and was purchasing through the USAA purchasing program. I knew the price of the vehicle before arriving at the dealership, so that was not an issue. However, we were trading my wifes Volvo C-70 and the trade is almost always an issue. After a little hagling we arrived at a equitable price and concluded the deal. Having looked at new vehicles at Joe Myers Ford in years past we were pleased that things had changed, what seems like 180 degrees. Treating customers with respect and professional service makes all the difference. Thanks again. More
After visiting 3 other dealerships. We decided to go to Joe myers based off the radio advertisement. They were offering an end of year model discount. We were greeted by Robbie and shown the vehicle we asked for over the phone. He was very professional and well informed with the dealerships inventory. There was no haggling over price. The end of year special was true. They also gave us fair trade in value. I would highly recommend Robbie and Joe myers Ford. The over all atmosphere was professional and first class. We were in and out the door with a new car in a couple hours.. Didn't take all day like other dealerships.. Thanks Robbie! More

Robert Martin was very responsive to all of my questions; we communicated mostly using text messaging and during my frequent visits to the dealership. Tried to purchase a used truck online, gave a deposit, received a purchase agreement later that week. I had questions about charges added to my purchase agreement. They called me back and cancelled my purchase and refused to sell me the truck !!! They said I was taking to long to close the deal ( I had 4 business days into this mind you ). I had my financing and insurance all set & was going to send everything back the next day. No place in any of the paper work does it tell me I have only so many days to send the package back in the mail to them, No one ever called or sent an e-mail instructing me that I was going to loose the vehicle because of some delay. I had legitimate issues with charges on my contract and it seems I pissed someone off. So much for putting our customers first. When I tried to call back to see why they wanted to cancel the transaction I got the run around and no one is taking my calls. I am so..................frustrated with the dealership they have no idea. I am going to tell me story to every F150 truck forum online, every dealership review on-line, I am going to contact Ford directly and tell them what great people they have selling their products in Texas and I am going to take add space out in their local papers ( just to get the ball rolling ). Stay away from these guys AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

They will also give you the best price they can offer you for a car you want or a car you are trying to trade in. The environment of this dealership is very positive and exceptional. More
