Hello, thanks for the reply. This was not a miscommunication by me with the parts person and the service contact. When I called to find info on parts availability, and installation/service., the whole conversation was on speaking phone. Others heard the conversation. In addition, I hate wasting my time, and I had limited time to have the installation completed. I talked with the parts person. I went the extra yard on insuring parts availability and scheduling an installation appointment. Both knew I was coming in on Wednesday to have the parts installed. What would have it taken for someone to call prior to me showing up for my appointment? My window has coming and gone. I leave for Odessa Monday morning. Even after discussing this with the service rep after my arrival, I wasn't impressed with the breath and depth of his knowledge to solve the problem. He didn't take the initiative to ask Parts when the parts would arrive. Rather, he said that we will call you when the parts arrive. The service rep was nice and wanted to help, rather being apologetic, then solving the problem. Overall, this was an Unacceptable response, given the circumstances.
