Luis Acosta is an Amazing, patient, knowledgeable service advisor. He does an Awesome job always. Seamless drop off and pick up but not sure why it takes a week for only 2 hours worth of work to be completed. I would like it more if they were able to work on my truck same day or at least do a diagnostic week for only 2 hours worth of work to be completed. I could not get my Power tailgate to come up and lock because of the bed cover he showed me what needed to be done. I brought it back from where I purchased it from and they fix the problem.. I Also have an appointment set up with Aaron on the 19th to get a 2 inch leveling kit on my 2025 Ford F150. Aaron has been a great help on that project as well. More
Joe Meyers service is efficient and caring towards their customers. I had a situation with my starter basically frying at 7300 miles.
