They charged me an extra $ 23. 05 on my bill for Misc. Materials when I have a Lifetime oil change for $ 19.95. They said it was to dispose of the oil and filters and etc. More

Jackson said the extra charge of $23.05 was automatically charged on my bill and he couldn't do anything about it. Jackson otherwise was courteous to me.
