When I arrived, Thomas Rancich greeted me upfront in the parking lot with the vehicle freshly washed and sitting under covered parking, remote started, so that it was nice a cool for our demo/test drive. By far this was the easiest, least painful, most enjoyable car buying experience ever. Working with someone as professional, outgoing and funny as Thomas was refreshing and made it seem as if time were flying. He did have me in and out with a couple hours, very quick deal.
