Terrible service Went to get a basic oil change done. Scheduled appointment and all per there procedures still ended up waiting over 3 hours to get it done. Meanwhile a drive in with no appointment comes and goes before me. (Weeks later) Come back with another car tried to set up appointment but was a month leadtime for a basic oil change. Told they don’t except walk-ins but while I was leaving another person walks up and tells him I need an oil change but I don’t have an appointment. Was asked if he bought the car there (as why should that make a difference) and said yes and got him started right away. 3 months later asked about some recalls on my vehicle and how to go about getting them fixed. Couldn’t answer any of my questions and kept telling me to go to the dealership that I bought the car from. (Moved from out of state not possible) Though I hadn’t had a chance to buy a car from them the way I was treated in the service department precludes any further dealings with joe Myers ford from here on out. I urge you to make a little bit further drive and go somewhere else. You will thank me later. The whole company is a joke. More

I didn’t know anything about purchasing a car so my Mother helped out with the process. Her and Mike talked and discussed what was best for my budget. Once we got there we, the process took a while but that’s to be expected. I didn’t care too much for the haggling part but my mother took care of that part for me. I felt the financial team could’ve been more like humans instead of sharks. However, my overall experience was good because Mike was so great, undersatanding and such a gentleman. More

We were lucky enough to get to work with Thomas Rancich, who was an absolute delight. He was very friendly and outgoing and kept us and our children entertained throughout the entire experience. I know it sounds corny but we really felt like we were part of the family when we left. I highly recommend Thomas Rancich and Joe Myers Ford if you're in the market! I know we'll be back when it's time. More
Poor experience with Service Department and Management I recently had a horrible experience dealing with Joe Myers Ford Service department. They actually fixed my issue. However, I apparently did not complete their survey to the expectations that they have for customers. I answered one of he questions with a low score. I was just being fair and candid, which is what any business should want and expect. Two months later the issue that was repaired started happening again so I scheduled a follow up appt. When I showed up to drop off the vehicle, the service agent (Gerald) told me he could not accept the vehicle because he was looking at my survey answers and didn’t want to be responsible for pleasing me given one of my answers. Most companies ask customers how they can do better. Apparently, Joe Myers Ford does not really care what customers think. The purpose of the survey for Joe Myers is to screen out prospectively “bad” customers. So, mathematically they will eventually eliminate poor survey responders. That's why you hardly see any negative reviews on this site or Google. They control it. They do not care about getting better or improving upon their weaknesses. Anyway, in the end they would not have me back to warranty the very work that they performed. After numerous calls to service managers and an email to the general manager Carolyn Cross, she eventually called me back (one month later). Or so I thought. It turns out she had her secretary, Emma Jones, call me back posing as her, the GM. Word of advice, don’t have your under qualified assistant handle business issues. I figured it out easily by calling the number back and lo and behold it was Emma Jones’ line. Full disclosure - I got frustrated with the situation as most people would when dealing with imbeciles and raised my voice. So, Emma, the imposter GM posing as Carolyn Cross hung up on me. Needless to say, I will not be getting the issue resolved nor will Joe Myers Ford learn anything from this as the whole business is a joke. Ford itself is in trouble. Their corporate debt is in the verge of being downgraded to junk status by Moody’s and the stock price hasn’t recovered since the 2008 crisis. It’s a true shame that such a renowned American company has resorted to this. But, the lesson to those who read this - be mindful of who you hire because they can take you down... I can’t wait to see their response to this. Has anyone ever noticed that in all of their poor reviews, they never take responsibility. Again, Dealerrater and Google are not a good account for reviews. Check Yelp or Nextdoor if you want good honest reviews about Joe Myers Ford. I posted to my Nextdoor account for my neighborhood and I received 8 responses, all negative about Joe Myers Ford, within a few hours. A few friend who read my review personally told me that they are not surprised at my experience. Tomball Ford has since repaired my truck and did it with a smile. Chris G. More

Like Buying A New Car from An Old Friend Thomas Rancich was the perfect salesman to assist me in the purchase of my new 2018 Raptor. He knew a lot about the Raptor and was very easy going and Thomas Rancich was the perfect salesman to assist me in the purchase of my new 2018 Raptor. He knew a lot about the Raptor and was very easy going and laid back. It wasn't like your normal car deal, I felt like I was hanging out with one of my old friends. Thomas Rancich made this one of the smoothest and quickest car deals I've ever heard of or been a part of. Thomas Rancich is a great asset to Joe Myers Ford Lincoln and if you're in the market you should ask for him! Ryan Brinkmeier was great as usual too and I will be back again and again and again to see both of them! More
