The service was excellent -5. I was not at my best when I came in and Mentrell Jackson went above and beyond to resolve my seatbelt problems. In addition, he reset my grandchild I was not at my best when I came in and Mentrell Jackson went above and beyond to resolve my seatbelt problems. Tried a drive-up (non-scheduled) appointment to get a tire repaired. Dealer didn’t have the tire in stock and was unable to obtain one elsewhere locally due to the widespread power outages caused by Hurr tire repaired. Dealer didn’t have the tire in stock and was unable to obtain one elsewhere locally due to the widespread power outages caused by Hurricane Beryl. Service manager Phillip Martinez bent over backwards to locate a tire in San Antonio and get it expedited for a next day replacement. Derryl and Andrew (service advisors) made sure all my needs were met, demonstrating outstanding customer service. These guys are awesome, knowing exactly how to treat customers. They have earned my business and trust! More

Stay away from Joe Myers dealership! They are cons and will do anything it takes to make you sign a deal that is not worth anything. These managers lie to you and give you a compelling s They are cons and will do anything it takes to make you sign a deal that is not worth anything. These managers lie to you and give you a compelling story to make it seem like you are getting a good deal. I even had a manger tell me to do illegal activities to get "rid" of my trade in so I would not be upside down on a new car since they were not giving me much on my trade in value. They also added a 6k warranty plan that said cannot be removed, which I am canceling to get a refund. Ironically the warranty company is owned by the same company who owns Joe Myers ha. My brand new vehicle I have had for 8 weeks now has been in their service department for 4 of those weeks and no update in sight. Will never give these people another dime. After 5 vehicle purchases, you don't treat people like this. Deceptive practices will get you nowhere! More
