Not the greatest experience. Purchased the car on a Saturday was supposed to get it delivered the following week after it was detailed, serviced and a few paint spots fixed. Needed it ASAP due to our family vehicle being totaled and had to give rental car back on Friday. Received it late Friday evening only for it to have had the two paint spots fixed and nothing else. It was not detailed and still had something in it from the previous owner that we asked to be removed in detailing. Was told by our sales guy that we will be receiving a check/gift card to get it detailed. 2wks now and still not received it, asked on it and said the $50 might get approved by management. $50 is a joke, where in this economy can you get a large SUV detailed for $50! Front brakes has a life of 4% so this was missed in service. Tried for 4 days to get in touch with the general manager with no phone call back. Spoke with the service manager, Billy, he apologized and he is getting this fixed! Only positive thing out of it. Others, they got their sale and could obviously care less about us now. Go somewhere else to purchase your new car! More
