I bought a used Tacoma from the Jimmy Britt dealership. The transaction was simple and smooth with easy financing. So the customer service from Marcus was great. The issue I want to pick at is the truck I got was not ran through service prior to me arriving I found more than one issue with is to include warped The issue I want to pick at is the truck I got was not ran through service prior to me arriving I found more than one issue with is to include warped brake rotors which is a safety issue. I also found one of the seat belt latches in the back of the truck to be partially broken. This is also a safety issue with a SRS system which could be very bad in the event of an accident. Over very good buying experience my salesperson whorl with me the whole way even held the truck for a week for me so I could see it in person. More
