Jonathan was my sales rep and he was nice. I did not have any issues with anyone i interacted with during my time there. I purchased a vehicle from them because they were the only one that s I did not have any issues with anyone i interacted with during my time there. I purchased a vehicle from them because they were the only one that somewhat help me reach my monthly target due to me rebuilding my credit. They did originally tell me they would help me reach my target monthly price but they inputted my social wrong during their credit check, so ultimately ran someone else’s credit. When they corrected it, my monthly price increased by about $80 which was still about $200 less than what other dealerships were offering me because of my credit. It was ultimately my choice to purchase the vehicle, I just wish i had more knowledge on what to ask about. First, they couldn’t produce a maintenance report or a carfax for my vehicle. There was an oil change apparently completed during my vehicle’s stay at the dealership, couldn’t provide proof, just said it usually get done as part of service protocol. Didnt top the fluids in the vehicle, did gas it up though. Within 3 weeks of purchasing the vehicle, i had to replace the tires, the thermostat, cataclyctic converter, get my A/C flushed and recharged, and get an oil change just because i didn’t i didnt have proof of last time it was completed. Additionally, it has an entertainment system that has sound but no video showing. Now the vehicle is a 2016 Dodge Caravan with 98K Mi so its due for some work, i just didn’t know how much work it would be. It would have been nice for the dealership to do a full inspection and resolve any issues and add that work to the total price rather than spending close to $2500 out of pocket to resolve these issues that constantly come up. I say this to say make sure you know what to ask about and for, and ensure you know 100% of the vehicle you are getting. The 3 Stars are overall experience with the issues on the vehicles but i would give 5 stars for the friendly staff. More
The sales staff is helpful, but the sales management, finance and detailing service was all but helpful. I purchased my new wrangler out of state and scheduled an appointment to pick it up. I had all my paperwork ready, but nothing was ready at the dealership. The sales person had to talk to the sales manager multiple times but the sales manager never showed his face. We asked about working out a deal with the extended warranty and they played a blame game so it was no one’s problem. When I finally got the car it was not properly cleaned. The main pro is I got the Jeep that I wanted. More
