My husband and I drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle that we had seen online. The process went smoothly. Alan Maerki was AWESOME to work with. Not the best dealership to buy from. Don’t stand behind their word! Get the run around treatment then you talk to 6 different salespeople and managers from different dealerships and got Don’t stand behind their word! Get the run around treatment then you talk to 6 different salespeople and managers from different dealerships and got all different deals thrown at me over the phone and by text/ email then no one remembers what they told you or quoted them tell you they made an mistake and they can’t sell it to you at that price because they will be loosing money lol Yeah right!!! So if you don’t get it in writing it didn’t happen and even if you do they still won’t honor it and tell you it was a mistake by them. They also wouldn’t sent the truck to the dealership closest to me so I had to drive 3 hours to the Dublin lot. They wouldn’t give my niece her referral fee because they didn’t know about her referral because that was from the Statesboro lot not the Dublin lot where I purchased the truck at just another way to get over on there customers. I should have just walked away and took my business elsewhere! More
