Mr. JT Philpott made the process of buying a new vehicle extremely easy. He took the time to listen to what I wanted out of a vehicle and he delivered exactly that. He even went as far as to make sure ever extremely easy. He took the time to listen to what I wanted out of a vehicle and he delivered exactly that. He even went as far as to make sure everything was done and ready to go when we got there so that we could make it back on time to pick up our son. This dealer “supposedly “ transferred a car in from another location,FOR ME, I scheduled an APPOINTMENT to see it, verified it was there, was told it was being serviced and cleaned, arrived for my app another location,FOR ME, I scheduled an APPOINTMENT to see it, verified it was there, was told it was being serviced and cleaned, arrived for my appointment after driving an HOUR to their location….and it was NOT THERE. It was nothing but lies for TWO days!!!They sold the vehicle to someone else and tried to bait and swift h me while I was on the lot. I will never, EVER step FOOT in another Jimmy Britt location… EVER! You didn’t just loose a sale. You lost a CUSTOMER!!! FYI Jimmy… I went across town and bought an hour later from Franklin… your competitor, who was a pleasure to deal with and probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
