As far as sales people, Austin Padgett, is lights out one of the best I have worked with. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Austin Padgett. Keep in mind I am a very hard person to please and do not take no as an answer. I can't say enough good things about Austin. Lets be honest, the back-end of the dealership is not the best. Management has major communications issues, meaning they don't. Maybe its different if you buy off the lot. If you order one, be ready to get you own updates. never even met the sales manager, which was disappointing. Would I buy form them again, yes, as long as Austin is still employed with them. More
