It was the worst experience ever buying a vehicle. The finance guy (Tre) jacked up our interest rate 1.45 above what Robins had it for. Salesman (Preston) would not email me back when I was asking fo The finance guy (Tre) jacked up our interest rate 1.45 above what Robins had it for. Salesman (Preston) would not email me back when I was asking for information. Had to contact a lady to have her have him respond to my email. Left messages also and he did not reply. Felt once the deal was done there was no more customer comes first. This was pathetic after spending $80K for a truck. He said he was going to get it detailed before we left and all he did was spray a hose on it. More
