While I don’t expect the sales reps to know everything about vehicles, she was as transparent and accomadating as she possibly could have been. I am overjoyed with my purchase. I don’t think I could have gotten a better deal on the perfect truck for me in the continental US. There were legitimately no surprises when going to look at the truck. Brie sent pictures and videos to allow me to know exactly what I was getting into. I drove 400 miles to look at the truck, and gave the offer that I wanted to pay before ever driving to see it. It was accepted and that is what I bought it for. Which was $5000 under NADA value. The truck shifts hard, and may need a new torque converter, but this was divulged to me before hand. Even if replaced, I’m still under value on a top of the line truck of my dreams. More

Had a great sales agent Angel Fountain did a superb job matching my wants, pursuing and deal acceptable to me, and coordinating all the paperwork that had to be overnight-ed to me out of town and then arranging delivery to me 150 miles away on my first day home in two weeks. She was very responsive, knowledgeable and persistent in follow up and communication (I only had telephone/text access for short periods of time each day due to lack of service in area I was in). Love my new Laramie 2500 Mega Cab ... she succeeded in getting it completely black except for red letter for Heavy Duty and Cummings Turbo Diesel.
