Arrived at dealership to have some warranty repair done and was told that they didn't know that I had an appointment. Was also told there were no techs working either. Been servicing my vehicle since 2013. Never had a problem. Service has always been done in a reasonable amount of time and I've never had to take it back to correct anything they've done.
