They diagnosed the problem quickly, and stayed in contact with me throughout the day with updates about the status of my car. Poor Experience I purchase my new Sportwagen the day before. They asked me to come in and have the oil changed. I showed up and they didn't know I had an appointment I purchase my new Sportwagen the day before. They asked me to come in and have the oil changed. I showed up and they didn't know I had an appointment. The rep wanted to know if I need the tires rotated. Well they finally got that straightened out. I ask the other service rep if they could put body side moldings on my car. He didn't know what that was and sent me to parts. After a lengthy wait they couldn't help me either. For my first visit, it was not good. I have dealt with other dealerships and none of this would have been an issue. More

Ryan, our service person, was very kind and apologetic and must have worked with the service people to get my car in so they could work on it as I waited for an hour. We've had this sort of thing happen one other time-the service was comped because of the four hour wait. More
