Worst experience ever!!! I originally took my car in to the shop on july 27 because it was dying while I was driving it for no reason , I picked it up 8/1 and was charged 1250 I originally took my car in to the shop on july 27 because it was dying while I was driving it for no reason , I picked it up 8/1 and was charged 1250.41 for them to replace the crank shaft position sensor and the wiring harness . I didn’t even make it home Before it started dying and doing the same thing I just paid them to fix! I took it back 8/2 they had my car for 21 days , I called multiple times And left messages for them to return my call they NEVER did I would have to call and just keep calling to finally get to talk to someone and then I was told they just didn’t know they were stumped . I was told the car had check engine light on and was now throwing multiple codes , transmission was slipping or hesitating between gears and they thought it needed a cam shaft position sensor now and they would check on the price and get back with me ..... they NEVER did ! I had to call again and when I expressed that I didn’t think I should have to pay for the new part when I had already paid for parts that obviously weren’t bad because it didn’t fix the car he got rude and said well I will have to bring my service manager into this and I said yes let’s do that because I feel like I’m being cheated again was told he would call me back HE NEVER DID. I had to call again this went on for 21 days until he finally answered my call and said well if you don’t want to spend anymore money on then we just don’t know what’s wrong with it and you can pick it up today. I was told they fixed the dying issue by replacing the brand new part I paid for with a good used part they had . I feel as if I should get some of my money back because I Paid for a brand new part I got a used one... something about that doesn’t seem right!!! And then I pick up the car and I’ve driven it over 300 miles without check engine light coming out without the transmission slipping without the car dying .... when I took the car there in the beginning it didn’t have check engine light on and transmission definitely wasn’t slipping !!! And it still isn’t! When I picked the car up I was told by this individual that the car has serious issues with wiring and transmission and in his opinion he would trade it off as quick as possible..... hmmmm but yet I was told they were stumped and didn’t know what else to do with the car if I wasn’t willing to pay more money. They had my car 21 days the second time and fixed nothing while I struggled without a car getting back and forth to work. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this service center and the person I had to deal with. I will NEVER. Recommend buying a car from them or having one serviced there!!! It was the worst experience I e ever had . More

Receptionist was nice first time I called, rude the next time I called, didn’t even say hello the third time I called them transferred me to a sales associate who hung up on me. Car wash was a little less than stellar, but that’s not why I brought it in so no biggie. Thought I signed up for the $300 yearly oil change but only paid 80 some odd dollars. Guess I was the one who looked up service schedule wrong. At least hope I did and did not miss out on something schedule that may potentially void any warranties. Did get passed over to be checked out for two ladies who took the shuttle service even though I walked in first but was okay since I walked in from my office and enjoyed the AC while waiting. More
Took too long. I dropped my car off Thursday for routine transmission service expected about $400. Plus asked to review A.C. system since not cooling well, and noise in front passenger area at road speed. Was told needed complete new A.C. $2500 plus new wheel bearing $500. Final bill over $3000. Hope car lasts another 200000 miles. The service mgr that wrote my ticket is NOT on your list. More
Always excellent service I never have any issues with the service department. I am always able to get appointment when I need one and no delays in getting car serviced. I especially like that they wash my car after the service. I also have a Chevrolet that I get serviced at a Chevrolet dealership and getting my vehicle washed isn’t something that happens on my Chevrolet. More
