Battery Was told the battery was the issue on day one(Monday) had to call to get the info when I was promised they would call me. Had to wait until Wednesday Was told the battery was the issue on day one(Monday) had to call to get the info when I was promised they would call me. Had to wait until Wednesday after noon to pick up my car. I can’t believe I had to wait 3 days for a simple battery. Should of been offered a discount for my inconvenience, but was not. This is terrible service. I should have gone somewhere else. I still think you can send we a discount card to make up for the 3 days without a car. More

Beyond Greatful My VW Atlas has some issues while traveling out of state. It was towed to Joe Machens VW on a Friday afternoon by Roadside VW.
