Very expensive Initially, when purchasing my vehicle, I was told the first oil change would be included. This was not the case and i was disappointed that they did not stand by their word. I paid to have an oil change and tire rotation for a total of 112.00. when my husband took his vehicle into the Joe Machens Ford dealership, they not only changed his oil for half the cost, but also took the time to wash and vacuum it. I was disappointed that this service is not consistent across the board among all the Joe Machens dealerships. More

No one Told your technicians to change the fuel filter Your technician/service rep recommended we change the fuel filter in our Passat and when my wife arrived to pick up our car it had not been done I Your technician/service rep recommended we change the fuel filter in our Passat and when my wife arrived to pick up our car it had not been done In fact, the individual who recommended we change it acted like it had been completely forgotten about. he was the one who recommended it because it had been well over 40,000 miles since this has been done. We were in agreement with paying for this service but it was not done. When my wife arrived and ask about it it seem to be a mystery to the individual helping her. They offered to take it back in but it was already late in the day and we had to leave for the airport the following day early in the morning More
