Took a long time Ordered a key when we bought our car, and it took 5 months or so and we found out that they had a second one all along. Competent Service Team Made appt with ease for 2 post warranty service needs and minor recall. Following day returned to dealer and Mike explained all work that was performed and helped me with purchasing several filters for me to install myself. Talked with Sam in sales about possibly purchasing a new Tiguan as well. All 3 individuals treated me well and the prior visits to Joe Machens had the same results.
